I have received my order but need to return a damaged item, or I have a shortage, what can I do?
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to problems in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes & damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. You must contact our office to get a Return Goods Authorization. With exception to noted problems herein, all sales are final.
